Website Design and Development in Ludhiana
Fast, searchable sites that are built to be found and written to convert, with the content produced in-house.
WordLord Media designs and builds websites for businesses in Ludhiana and across Punjab. We build on Next.js rather than assembling a page builder over a stack of plugins, because speed and search visibility are structural: they come from how a site is built, not from an optimisation plugin added afterwards. The other half is content. A site is only as persuasive as the photography and copy in it, and both are produced by the same team rather than left as placeholders the client is expected to fill.
What we build
Scope is set by what the site has to do. A restaurant needs a menu that is easy to keep current and a booking path; a manufacturer needs a credible product catalogue and an enquiry form its sales team trusts.
- Marketing and brochure sites with a clear enquiry path
- Landing pages built for specific campaigns and offers
- Multi-location and service-area pages for local search
- Blogs and content hubs with a CMS an editor can actually use
- Booking, enquiry, and lead-capture flows wired to your inbox and CRM
Speed is a feature, not a setting
Most local business sites are slow because of how they were assembled: a heavy theme, a dozen plugins, and uncompressed images. We build with modern image formats and sizes, minimal client-side JavaScript, and rendering that serves a page from cache rather than rebuilding it per visitor. The benefit is not an abstract score. It is that a person on mobile data sees the page before deciding to leave.
Technical SEO from the first commit
Search visibility is architecture. Clean URLs, correct heading structure, unique titles and meta descriptions per page, structured data for the business and its services, a real sitemap, and internal links that let a crawler reach everything. Doing this during the build costs nothing extra; retrofitting it later is a project.
Written and photographed by the same team
The usual failure in a website project is that the build finishes and the site sits unlaunched for months waiting on copy and photographs the client was asked to supply. Because we are a content house, both come from us: the shoot is scheduled alongside the build, and the copy is written against the positioning rather than filled in with placeholder text.
A CMS your team can run
You should not need a developer to change a price, add a service, or publish a post. We hand over a content system your team can operate, with the parts that must not break protected, and we document the ten things you will actually need to do.
Conversion, not just design
A site that looks good and produces no enquiries has failed. We design around the decision a visitor is making: what they need to see to trust the business, what objection to answer next, and how few steps stand between interest and contact. Forms ask for what your sales team genuinely needs and nothing else.
After launch
Launch is the start. We monitor Search Console for indexing and crawl issues, keep the stack current, and iterate on the pages that matter as real traffic data arrives. Sites decay when nobody is watching them.
What makes WordLord different
Most web work here is either a template filled in by a developer with no marketing input, or a design agency that outsources the build and cannot fix it afterwards. We build the site, produce the photography and the copy, and run the campaigns pointing at it. When a landing page underperforms, the same team can rewrite it, reshoot it, and change the ad in the same week.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a website take?
A focused marketing site typically runs four to eight weeks including the shoot and copy, depending on how many pages it needs and how quickly content is reviewed. Larger builds with catalogues or booking flows take longer and are scoped in stages.
Do you work with WordPress?
We build new sites on Next.js because it is faster and easier to keep secure. We can maintain and improve an existing WordPress site, and will say plainly when a rebuild costs less over two years than continuing to patch one.
Do I need to supply photos and copy?
No, and that is usually the difference between a site that launches and one that stalls. Photography and copy are produced as part of the project unless you already have material you want used.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do, including the code, the domain, and the hosting account. We will set them up in your name if they do not already exist.
